The same tools, installed on your network, with no Internet access at all. For organisations whose IT department allows no online service, not even one that receives nothing.
What you receive
An archive containing the whole site: pages, code, styles. It runs on any web server (IIS, Apache, nginx, a file share served over HTTP) with no database, no account and no outgoing call. The archive comes with its SHA-256 fingerprint, so you can check it was not altered on the way.

Why there is no licence check
A licence checked online would be exactly the outgoing call the product promises not to make. The package sends no request, to us or anywhere else: your IT department can check it before deploying.
